“The King will answer and say to them, ‘Truly I say to you, to the extent that you did it to one of these brothers of Mine, even the least of them, you did it to Me.’ Matthew 25:40
Jesus tells a frightful parable about who will enter the kingdom. The sheep are His true followers who do things like feed others, give them a drink, clothe them, and visit them in prison. Those who don’t, go to everlasting punishment. Why? Because how we treat one another is a direct reflection of our love for God.
Do I see people like that? Does my relationship with the Lord motivate me care for others and in doing so, care for Him? More and more that’s happening.
Today Lord Jesus I am praying the “how” and “who” prayer. How do you want to bless me today? Oh, that I might see it and thank You. And who? Who do you want to love through me. Let me be a sheep, not a goat!
