“To all in Rome who are loved by God and called to be his holy people:Grace and peace to you from God our Father and from the Lord Jesus Christ”
The believers are reminded that they are loved of God- The Creator of the universe has affection for them and so they are saints- holy, unique, set apart. The result is that grace has flowed into their lives and peace exists between them and God- and peace abides in their hearts.
I am loved by God! His grace then has brought peace into my life.
