What I say, reveals what’s in my heart. That’s what Jesus said. And moreover, it reveals if my heart has been transformed by God to value what He does, to affirm righteousness and to express love. If not, you will still hear murderous, filthy, deceit and slams on other people.
What’s coming out of my mouth these days? Is there evidence that Jesus lives there?
God, I pray the work You’ve begun years ago to transform my heart would continue today. Help me be controlled by the abiding presence of Your Spirit in my life. I hope that when I speak, it would be as an oracle of God. Revealing that You have taken up residence in my heart.
