So the church throughout all Judea and Galilee and Samaria enjoyed peace, being built up; and going on in the fear of the Lord and in the comfort of the Holy Spirit, it continued to increase. Acts 9:31
There were times of persecution for the disciples in the years following Jesus ascension. There was the amazing conversion of Saul (who would be known as the apostle Paul). And there were times of peace and comfort. In every season there was an increase in the number of people following Jesus.
This is true in my life as well. There are seasons. And in every one, there is growth and increase.
God, today is another day of worship together with others. I am excited to join many who will proclaim the name of Jesus. Please help those I know who are suffering. Take care of Bliss and also comfort Rick, Kay, Josh and the entire Warren family.
