And he causes all, the small and the great, and the rich and the poor, and the free men and the slaves, to be given a mark on their right hand or on their forehead, and he provides that no one will be able to buy or to sell, except the one who has the mark, either the name of the beast or the number of his name. Here is wisdom. Let him who has understanding calculate the number of the beast, for the number is that of a man; and his number is six hundred and sixty-six. Revelation 13:16-18
The third part of the unholy trinity will be the beast from the earth (false prophet). He will institute worship of the first beast who received his glory and position from Satan. One of the key initiatives undertaken by the false prophet is the worldwide acceptance of a cashless monetary system based around an identifying mark. Could this be some biometric scan… some unique identifier based on our DNA or fingerprint or retinal eye scan? Whatever it is… it will divede believers from unbelievers and begin a terrible time of persecution.
Will I be ready? Do I see the signs of this around me?
God, its so possible today. Help me be diligent, sober and ready. I pray those I know will not be deceived.
