The city shall be 18,000 cubits round about; and the name of the city from that day shall be, ‘The Lord is there.’ Ezekiel 48:35
The prophet Ezekiel’s writings end with the vision of God’s people restored to their homeland. God says to name the city “Jehovah Shammah” = The Lord is there. What a promise! God would dwell with them. This is a promise for us as well. He promises to dwell in anyone who would put their faith and trust in Jesus Christ and receive Him.
When someone looks at my life, would they say ‘The Lord is there’?
