The world and those who dwell in it.

We are the height of God’s creation. All of nature reflects the loving God who made us.
All creation longs for the return of Jesus Christ to judge restore paradise.
Our world has been subjected to futility. Though the fingerprint of God is evident, sin (in all its darkness) has marred the sea, the rivers, the mountains and people most of all.
Do I shout, sing, and clap my hands at the thought of Jesus return? Yes! There are days when its what I want most. I must confess however that sometimes I forget that this world is not my home.
Oh help me Jesus be ready for Your return. While I am carrying on Your ministry in the world as a small part of Your redemption plan… help me keep perspective and remember that ultimately You redeem it all in one fell swoop at Your return. The lion will lay down with the lamb.
