And this is my prayer: that your love may abound more and more in knowledge and depth of insight, so that you may be able to discern what is best and may be pure and blameless for the day of Christ, filled with the fruit of righteousness that comes through Jesus Christ—to the glory and praise of God. Philippians 1:9-11
Paul’s prayer for the believers in Philippi was that their love would grow. How? As they gained more and more knowledge and insight into the mystery of Christ. He wanted them to be able to discern the best thing for their lives so they would be blameless when they stand before Jesus Christ.
This is my prayer for each who is part of Crossroads Christian Schools. This morning I am praying through our list of teachers and administrators, asking God that their love will abound and grow.
God, work first in me. Oh reveal the great mysteries of Christ to me and in me. Then let me lead by example as Super-lover as Superintendent. You are the Supreme Love, God.
