SpeakUpSpeak up for those who cannot speak for themselves, for the rights of all who are destitute.
Speak up and judge fairly; defend the rights of the poor and needy. Proverbs 31:8-9

King Lemuel was by his mother how to respond to injustice. He was to use his position as a vocal advocate for fairness. There are people in society who have no ability to speak for themselves, them are weak or destitute and yet God would like them to be known and acknowledged. The poor are the most often in this condition.

Do I have the same heart as God toward the unfortunate, needy and poor? Is my heart sympathetic toward their plight? Do I speak up for them and their rights? Do I judge fairly?

God, do do these things moves me into the arena where You operate perfectly. Your heart is always right. You advocate for the poor and You judge rightly and fairly every time. Oh please help me grow with Your heart and mind so my attitude will be Yours. Then prompt me to speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves. In Jesus name!
