The sins of some are obvious, reaching the place of judgment ahead of them; the sins of others trail behind them. In the same way, good deeds are obvious, and even those that are not obvious cannot remain hidden forever. 1 Timothy 5:24-25
Sins and good deeds eventually are known to everyone. So, I don’t need to worry about parading any good deeds or taking credit for things I do for God. Meanwhile, I do need to give attention to a holy life.
Am I worried about what others will “find out” about me? I praise God, that He gives grace to me, even after knowing my heart and every deed.
God, I pray that Your righteousness and love will reflect in my life more and more.
