The Bible promises that whoever comes to God and repents of their sin, receives Jesus Christ, and is obedient to His Word becomes new! One preacher put it this way… Jesus did not come only to make bad men good, more than that, He came to make dead men alive.
How new is my life? Are there changes that God has made that I can point to and say “look, God made me new!” Yes, in attitude, thought, action, compassion, and more.
To be new, wow! Oh God, I thank you for the way You are transforming me inside out. Please continue to help me walk in a holy reverence and a close fellowship with You.
