Do we then nullify the Law through faith? May it never be! On the contrary, we establish the Law. Romans 3:21
As a Christian, I have been saved by faith in Jesus Christ, not keeping the rules of the law. In doing so, I actually affirm the goodness and necessity of the law. The glorious law of God is not made null and void because God’s salvific works involves faith. Quite the opposite.
Have I felt in some way that I can discount God’s holy requirement for my life? I hope not. Do I revere and love His laws, statutes, precepts, etc.? David did!
God, may I have a love for all that You have ordained for me, knowing that You have my character and well-being in mind. Help me walk by the power of Your Spirit and thus fulfill the law of liberty.
