The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth. John 1:14
The Son of God came into the world He had made and lived with us. Jesus’ incarnation is the greatest event in human history. He was God in a bod (body)! What an amazing condescension and act of love!? Can you imagine what it was like to meet Jesus? One day we will.
Do I appreciate that God came down to be with us? Have I taken lightly Jesus promise to dwell in my heart? Sometimes I take His presence for granted.
Lord, I want your grace and truth to reign in my life. I pray that somehow I might reflect your glory Jesus.
