Go With The Flow

flowAgrippa said to Paul, “You are permitted to speak for yourself.” Then Paul stretched out his hand and proceeded to make his defense: “In regard to all the things of which I am accused by the Jews, I consider myself fortunate, King Agrippa, that I am about to make my defense before you today; 3 especially because you are an expert in all customs and questions among the Jews; therefore I beg you to listen to me patiently. Acts 26:1-3

Paul appealed his case and used his Roman citizenship to gain a hearing before Caesar. Before being sent to Rome, he was able to share his story of conversion with Festus and King Agrippa. How amazing that God would use the arrest and trial of the Apostle Paul for His glory and to save many people within the Roman government. God is like that, what man intends (evil), God superintends for good. This is the Genesis 50:20 principle at work. Its what happened with Joseph. It still happens today. We all need to learn to go with the flow.

How often do I see how God moves with man and in spite of man? Am I remaining loving toward those who intend evil against me?

God, what a wonderful day ahead. So many great things can happen as You desire to reach out and express Your love in the lives of people. I pray that from Preschool Spring show to High School Musical there will be literally thousands of smiles, appreciation, beauty, joy and generosity expressed. I am ready to be used by use. I will go with the flow… the flow of Your Holy Spirit.
