I, John, your brother and fellow partaker in the tribulation and kingdom and perseverance which are in Jesus, was on the island called Patmos because of the word of God and the testimony of Jesus. Revelation 1:9
John was writing during a time of tribulation. Was it the time of great tribulation that he would see in his vision? No, that would be during our lifetime, most likely.
Am I ready to endure through tribulation? persecution? I hope so.
Lord, Your words of prophecy all come true. May I have insight to be prepared.
