The more I recognize the greatness, power, and love of God, the more my faith grows. The psalmist says that God can do amazing things with his voice;’The voice of the Lord twists the oaks and strips the forests bare.’ Thinking about how God’s power is available to us and that ‘He blesses His people with peace’; gives me the ability to face problems with optimism.
Have I ascribed to the Lord all the proper attributes of strength and holiness? Have I responded to Him by worshiping and appreciating Him?
God, today I want to live with the kind of faith that shows I have ascribed to You the power and glory due Your name. In other words, I want my faith to reflect my trust in You and that I believe You are able!
