When Jesus was transfigured before James, John and Peter… God interupted Peter and gave some great advice.
Its always best if I listen to Jesus words, rather than make plans on my own. But do I? Is the pattern of my life to run big and small decisions through the grid of Jesus teaching to strain out improper or sinful motives and actions? Sometimes my prayers are filled with telling God what I am doing.
God, thank you that Jesus is my example in all things. Help me follow Him more perfectly.
