For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 8:38-30
What can separate us from the love of God? Nothing, except perhaps our own stubborn will. The love God demonstrates in Jesus sacrificial life, death and resurrection is profound and so powerful that nothing can separate us from it. Some have called this ‘irresistible grace’. And it is. But, every person must come to God submitting their own will.
Who in my circle of influence is separated from the love of God right now?
God, today I want to ask that You would give me insight into how to minister to those who have not yet discovered Your wonderful love expressed in Jesus and the difference it could make in their lives. Whether its familiar friends and family, or brand new people I meet, help me reach out and share the gospel with them.
