As a youth pastor, I would tell teens- “show me your friends, and I will show you your future”. Its a simple concept and quite profound that those we associate with have an impact on our thinking, emotions, and future. We ought to avoid fools. In addition, another principle governs life- the pursuit of righteousness will lead us out of adversity and into prosperity.
Who have I chosen to walk through this life with? What difference has it made?
God, as this day begins, I am excited about the work week ahead. Would you help me in all the venues I find myself. Thank you for the friends who are such an encouragement and inspiration.
