Now may our God and Father Himself and Jesus our Lord direct our way to you; and may the Lord cause you to increase and abound in love for one another, and for all people, just as we also do for you; so that He may establish your hearts without blame in holiness before our God and Father at the coming of our Lord Jesus with all His saints. 1 Thessalonians 3:11-13
Paul prayed earnestly for the believers in Thessalonica. I am so grateful for the many people who pray for me. My friend Mark remembers me every day during his lunch hour. Another friend has trouble sleeping at night, so he prays for me. How wonderful! How humbling. Paul’s desire was that those he led to Christ would – abound in love for one another and all people, have their hearts established in holiness, being prepared for the coming of the Lord. I want the same things.

Lord as we start this part of the day, these people have great callings from You. Establish them, increase their love, help them be holy and expectant for Your coming again. May we all be effective in ministry today.
