No weapon that is formed against you will prosper;
And every tongue that accuses you in judgment you will condemn.
This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord,
And their vindication is from Me, declares the Lord. Isaiah 54:17
God promises Isaiah that His anger will no longer be poured out on Israel, but rather His lovingkindness. The supernatural protection of the God would be upon them. God reminds them that He created the blacksmith who creates weapons and that no other blacksmith’s weapon will do better than God’s. What a great feeling to know that the competition is limited and our intellect is informed by God. I love how we are told… ‘this is the heritage of the servants of the Lord’. In other words, this is what we can expect!
Do I fear my enemies too much? Do I realize that God has given me the powerful weapons of prayer and faith?
God, You really are able to do more than I could ask or imagine. I want to simply obey You and Your Word and see the miracles around me. Guide and speak to me today. Give me courage to face the battles, knowing that no weapon formed against me shall prosper.
