Beloved, I pray that in all respects you may prosper and be in good health, just as your soul prospers. For I was very glad when brethren came and testified to your truth, that is, how you are walking in truth. I have no greater joy than this, to hear of my children walking in the truth. 3 John 1:2-4
What could I pray for you today, my dear friends? Well, the apostle John said it so well in his third epistle. First, I pray that anyone reading this post prospers in all respects. Whether its your business ventures, travels, or relationships- May God intervene in the conversations and circumstances so that You clearly see His hand of provision and protection. I pray as well that you will be in good health. In this season with an unusual virus affecting so many, may God protect you and those you love. For those sick or anyone losing a loved one, may God be very real and close to you and them. May His comfort be yours in full measure. It really is possible that in spite of difficulty, that your soul prospers. I pray that your relationship with God is close and sweet as You open yourself up to His great love and forgiveness and the presence of His Spirit in your life.
Who, in my circle of friends, is prospering in this season? Who is struggling and needs my prayers and God’s intervention?
God, as this day begins- I am wondering about a couple people in particular. Would You open up the communication for us. Why, You honor my prayers, is a mystery. But, I know You do. Thank you. May I be as sensitive as You to those around me today. And thank you for my wife’s wonderful birthday yesterday.
