But of the Son He says, Your throne, O God, is forever and ever,

I taught my young children some simple theology. God the Father is God. Jesus is God. Holy Spirit is God. Christian author and preacher Aiden Tozer wrote a book titled “Christ, the Eternal Son”. Jesus has always been. He is the co-equal, co-eternal, second person of the Godhead. The author of Hebrews says it so eloquently in his opening sentence – And He is the radiance of His glory and the exact representation of His nature, and upholds all things by the word of His power. God always intended to reveal Himself in the flesh so we could know (by experience) what He is really like. I am so grateful that God initiated. How amazing it must have been for the disciples to make this discovery.
When did Jesus become my Lord and Savior? Do I realize that I am part of God’s eternal plan?
That’s the sense I get from all of this Lord. You have laid out the plan and path of salvation before I was born. Jesus, to know that You haves always been and will always be, makes my efforts to know You and hear Your voice the greatest investment this side of heaven, I could make. Please lead and guide me today. Work miracles around and through me. Make the ministry effective. Hear my prayers… especially for Gail and Marsha to be healed and whole. Help them recover and reveal to the doctors anything they need to know.
