Troubles

We all have troubles, right? I had a district sales manager who said something pretty profound. He said “its not our job to solve customer problems (troubles). It is our job to understand them and offer products and services so they can solve their problems”. I think that is a nice balance. We should understand and “bear one another’s burdens”, while letting “each one carry his own load”. A burden shared can feel half as heavy. So, I should share in the troubles of others, but not own them. The apostle Paul was grateful that the believers in Philippi shared in his troubles (imprisonment in Rome).

Yet it was good of you to share in my troubles. Philippians 4:14 NASB

To whom do I got to share my troubles? Who comes to me?

God, as this day begins- I am looking at four young grandkids and us five guys are responsible for them as the girls go get themselves coffee (and a bit of peace). I am so grateful for friends that walk alongside me and I them. I know I can share my troubles with You too.
