Now to Him who is able to do far more abundantly beyond all that we ask or think, according to the power that works within us, to Him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus to all generations forever and ever. Amen. Ephesians 3:20-21

God can do more that we even imagine! So, we ought to be bold and ask. God reconciled Jews and Gentiles alike into one body. This was no small endeavor. Jews and Gentiles were historically at odds with each other, even hated and spurned one another. As a matter of fact, no one saw this reconciliation coming! That’s what the apostle Paul says, “that the Gentiles are fellow heirs and fellow members of the body, and fellow partakers of the promise in Christ Jesus through the gospel,” If God can do that… what else could he do in my life?… far more abundantly beyond all that I ask or think.

Am I looking for God sized solutions to problems? How could God stretch my thinking?

Lord, this is my experience with You. Often you come from what seems like ‘out of the blue’ to provide solutions I didn’t even consider existed. As I think and pray today… would you resolve for people in my life the issues they face with ways I could not even conceive. Please use me as Your ‘go to guy’, in the midst of all of it. Thank you for Your wisdom and goodness and power and strength. These all are aptly ascribed to You!
