Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near. Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:4-7

In our lives there is always cause for rejoicing because the best is yet to come. One day our earthly bodies will be replaced with heavenly ones like that of Jesus. (now that’s interesting) God is always with us and available with His comfort, power and presence. In this way, during troubling times our heart can be at peace and our minds free of worry.
How is my level of joy right now? Am I rejoicing in Him and more importantly, taking full advantage of the relationship available to me because of Christ Jesus?
