I live my life with a white-hot compelling vision. All of us need that or we drift. Every church and organization needs it too. When we have it, people “stay in the boat” and the alignment produces greater results.
Does my church, school and other companies and organizations I affiliate with, have it? Am I following a revelation from the leaders, and sharing it, where I am the leader? For the most part. But, I realize I need to paint that picture ever more clearly and repeat it.
Lord Jesus, You said – go into all the world and make disciples. That’s a compelling white-hot vision! I am in.
