Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace. There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called to one hope when you were called; one Lord, one faith, one baptism; one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all. Ephesians 4:3-6
Unity is a high value in God’s economy. We are encouraged to ‘make every effort’ to be open to God’s Spirit leading in this way. Christian unity gives strong evidence of our faith.
How unified am I with other believers? How unified and I with God Himself?
Lord, prompt me how to build unity with others within the family of God! Thank you for Your goodness in my life.
