God’s Word (The Bible) is a guide for living. The key though is to take an oath and do it consistently, passionately, and with all our heart. This is the blessed life. Notice that the Psalmist says they took an oath and confirmed it. How? They put skin in the game, either through an offering or dramatic demonstration of their commitment.
How cool is it that at Crossroads this year, we did the same thing. This is our 24:7 commitment that we call the Asah Shamah. All that the Lord has said, we will do with all our heart, and then we will understand. Giving our miracle offering was a capstone to a fantastic year.
God, I pray that today would be another wonder-filled day with You, leading and guiding me by Your Word and Your Spirit.
