But thanks be to God, who always leads us in triumph in Christ, and manifests through us the sweet aroma of the knowledge of Him in every place. 2 Corinthians 2:14
Wherever obedient Christians go, God finds them to be a sweet smell. We may be in conflict, persecution, or difficulty, but the character of Christ – leads us to triumph. Why? Because the goal of our lives is to be more like Jesus Christ. That pleases God.
What smell do I give off? Life leading to life, or death leading to death. Life it is!
Oh God, as this day began with thought and prayer earlier, I pray that I might respond to Your leading and guiding. You have called my attention to some things today. Let me bring life into them. In Jesus name. Amen.
