Our constitution guarantees our right to a speedy trial. Here is one case I’d like to see one.
President Obama responded to the tragedy at Ft. Hood saying that we need to “understand” what led Nidal Malik Hasan to murder his fellow soldiers.
If Obama had the true spirit of Abraham Lincoln, he would order a speedy trial and an immediate execution of Hasan. But instead, he will attempt to lead the country down a silly path of compassion for the perpetrator. I urge you to be a decent commander in chief President Obama.
