“THIS IS THE COVENANT THAT I WILL MAKE WITH THEM AFTER THOSE DAYS, SAYS THE LORD:
I WILL PUT MY LAWS UPON THEIR HEART, AND ON THEIR MIND I WILL WRITE THEM,” He then says,
“AND THEIR SINS AND THEIR LAWLESS DEEDS I WILL REMEMBER NO MORE.”
Now where there is forgiveness of these things, there is no longer any offering for sin. Hebrews 10:16-18
Jesus paid the penalty for my sins once and for all. This is one of the most profound realities in all the universe. It cannot be underestimated. What shows my understanding of this incredible sacrifice? My obedience! The response to God’s kindness is repentance and a life dedicated to Him, nothing less.
Does my life show that I am fully aware of the great love of God and sacrifice by Jesus Christ on the cross? In many ways yes.
Lord today, as I begin this day, would you reveal any areas of my life that are not a reflection and response to Your goodness and greatness. Work in me a miracle today and bless others through me. I am yours completely.
