And the Lord said, “Hear what the unrighteous judge *said; now, will not God bring about justice for His elect who cry to Him day and night, and will He delay long over them? I tell you that He will bring about justice for them quickly. However, when the Son of Man comes, will He find faith on the earth?” Luke 18:6-8
Part of faith is asking God more than once. Jesus illustrated this in the story of the persistent widow. God wants to bring about justice for us and He wants to do it quickly.
Am I asking God more than once or do I tire out? Am I persistent? Its a good question worthy of my reflection today.
God, I want to be a man of great faith, so I will continue conversations and not be double-minded or deterred on matters of great importance. Thank you that you bring justice quickly because of Your great love.
